Like so many businesses, Trends Wigs began for a completely unexpected reason which then developed into where we are today.

Our story started when we were unable to source decent quality wigs and hairpieces for our local amateur dramatic society and from there we realised that meant there was also no local source of good quality pieces for people who really needed them.

We are proud of the service we provide to the local community and beyond. Hairloss, for whatever reason, is devastating for each individual; particularly so if it is linked to a cancer diagnosis. So it is important to provide an individual, tailored service for each person and we feel this is something we are able to do.

Sometimes people just want a wig or hairpiece for fun, or for a special occasion, such as a wedding and we are here to help with whatever the need. We are happy to welcome our LGBTIQA+ community.
